Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Trading Manager to oversee our Ecommerce operations at Footasylum Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing all online trading and digital initiatives to formulate a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing conversion rates, profitability, and expanding market presence.
  • Fostering long-term growth across digital platforms by leveraging sales analytics and consumer trend insights to seize immediate sales opportunities.
  • Projecting expenditure and sales objectives while overseeing budget management and cost control to optimize ROAS, in conjunction with managing the promotional calendar.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Digital Trade to lead and inspire a cross-functional team of CRM, Social Media, SEO, PPC, Affiliate, and E-Commerce professionals within both the Footasylum team and the broader network.
  • Partnering closely with the paid media team to execute brand campaigns, enhance visibility, and improve spending efficiencies and profit margins.
  • Engaging with sportswear and premium brands to manage localized and international content, launching digital campaigns and promotional activities effectively.
  • Driving segment-focused search and merchandising while nurturing an SEO-driven content strategy to accelerate organic growth.
  • Overseeing the multi-channel CRM and content strategy, implementing lifecycle-driven segmentation, and utilizing acquisition and retention models to maximize profitability in the digital arena.
  • Working in tandem with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure marketing priorities are aligned across all channels.
  • Providing insights to the Buying and Merchandising teams to identify opportunities for enhancing stock availability.
  • Employing social media marketing expertise to manage internal and external partnerships with multi-channel lead generation campaigns utilizing AI predictive technologies.
