Job Description:

The Rostering Department determines the activity of the instructors and other employees of L3Harris. The Rostering team supports the day-to-day management of all rostering functions to include the management of more than 120 instructors. The Rostering Officer will support the Rostering Manager with instructor invoices, managing a busy shared inbox, expiry checks and the planning of various mandatory checks such as standardisation evaluations and LPCs. They will assist with keeping a fully integrated, operational management system up to date to ensure our instructors remain compliant and able to perform their duties legally by monitoring expires and acting accordingly.

Essential Functions:

  • Liaise with the sales team for course enquires
  • Ensure crew records remain compliant
  • Assist with pre-roster publication, ensuing all details are covered and all training recencies have been planned
  • Assist with the setting up of all new instructors
  • Assist the Rostering Manager to be able to speed up rostering publication to instructors
  • Assist the Rostering Manager with forward rostering

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to working in a high pressured and dynamic environment
  • Proven organisational and administrative skills with demonstrable success in managing a variety of tasks and/or activities
  • General IT knowledge (Word and Excel)
  • Aviation or rostering experience
