Newrest is looking for FCR who is dedicated to customer satisfaction
Ensure the flow of office procedures, and support manager's by performing daily administrative that include fielding inquiries and working with internal and external stakeholders.
**Contract**:Full Time 40 Hours Per Week Rolling Roster
**RENTAL**: Gatwick.
**SALARY**: £14.77 per hour

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate daily workloads before the start of each shift and work with internal colleagues to meet daily deadlines
- Ensure all in-flight meals, special meals and products are assembled according to Client Flight Specification
- Place Security Seals on All Storage Trolleys Ready for Dispatch
- Deliver all items to aircraft and confirm menu briefing with crew to ensure flight is fully catered
- Ensure suite dressers dress cabins according to client's specifications
- Responsible to make sure required airline standards are met regarding packing plans. (Full training and supporting documents will be given)
- Effectively load airline food and catering supplies inside delivery trucks and at the Aircraft
- Utilise effective communications to minimise delays and resolve problems
- Multitasking and work under pressure
- Lift and/or push approximately 50lbs
- Assist with other duties within various departments as and when required
- Adhere to Unit safety measures in place
- Adhere to inflight services security compliance
- Adhere to clean as you go standard
- Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all Times
- Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives
- Any other duties as requested by your manager
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Full clean UK Driving license
- Minimum 1 years' airline industry, experience (desirable)
- An ability to work well under pressure and part of a team
- Proven problem-solving skills, efficiency and organisational skills
- Self-motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, the ability to work calmly under pressure and on your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with a customer centered approach to service delivery
- Operational awareness, understand of HACCP, COSHH, requirements and any other training as specified by your manager
- The ability to be an effective ambassador for the organisation at all times and Whilst Wearing Uniform Off DUT
