We are seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer eager to join a brand that champions exploration, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of creativity. Main Responsibilities

Following conceptual sign-off from the Senior Art Director, independently plan, manage, and execute all stages of the design process to a high standard and on-time.

Design playfully luxurious business-as-usual assets for digital, print and web, including but not limited to presentations, digital banners, Paid Ads, in-store packaging, social media and leaflets.

Create engaging and effective email marketing designs with Photoshop and Klaviyo.

Create toolkits with the Senior Art Director for new season launches and distribute to team.

Collaborate with the Senior Art Director to conceptualise new ideas that elevate KOIBIRD's on and offline presence.

Create new and interesting designs from our campaign assets that stand-out from our competitors.

Support the Digital & Marketing team with UX/UI updates using Figma and Shopify.

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create effective and creative Story and In-Feed content.

Ensure delivery of high-quality, original and innovative artworks.

Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all assets adhere to our brand guidelines to create consistency across all platforms.

Upkeep and organised filing system of all design files on Dropbox and assist with administrative duties when necessary.

SOCIAL MEDIA

You will work with the Social Media Manager and Senior Art Director to create captivating social series with striking designs and strong images. With each seasonal campaign, you will be responsible for rolling out the new season's look and feel, creating new banners and icons for all our social platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with editing and some animation to push these designs further.

PRINT & PR

Your role will include supporting PR and the in-store team across events, press and print. You will be responsible for any printed materials required such as designing event collateral, creating & artworking seasonal packaging like stickers, logos, and digital assets such as PR invitations, press releases and look books.

DIGITAL & MARKETING

Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager and Senior Art Director to update the UX/UI design of our website, bringing fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Figma, a design tool that we use to brief in our website developers. You will design digital banners and visuals for collection pages, build and design content and layouts in Shopify, and work on business-as-usual workflows such as emails, blog posts, homepage updates, and affiliate banners. Create weekly EDMs, testing UX and applying best practices to improve performance.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience working in-house or at a creative agency within the fashion or luxury brand sectors.

Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Experience with Klaviyo for Email Marketing and Shopify for Web Design

Excellent organisational skills & time management

Nice to Have – Capture One, Video Editing and Animation Experience

The role is 4 days a week in our Baker Street office, 1 day working from home.
