The Role:

In this role, you will set the strategic vision for UGG's influencer and talent management in EMEA.

Working closely with the EMEA Head of PR, you will lead the EMEA Talent management team and be own the strategy execution within the UK, France, Germany & Italy.

You'll collaborate closely with global marketing team and align EMEA Talents strategy and plans where possible while supporting regional business objectives.

We're looking for a Talent Relations Manager based in our London, Paris or Amsterdam office.

Your Impact:

Set the strategic vision for UGG's influencer and talent management in EMEA in line with global and regional objectives

Build, leverage and maintain industry relationships with the Talent community to expand UGG's talents database including Talents

Spearhead the execution of multi-channel activations

Maintain a deep understanding and network within UGG's creative domains

Ensure the team stays ahead of the curve with emerging platforms and trends

Collaborate closely with the Brand team to integrate talent campaigns seamlessly within UGG's owned campaigns

Build collaborative relationships across the global, regional and local marketing teams as well as cross-functional business leads

Support & mentor the EMEA talent coordinator

Who You Are:

You're a digital native with a data-driven mindset, well-versed in new and emerging platforms

You adapt well to changing needs of the business

A team player and experienced project manager

A strategic thinker and executer, communicating with stakeholders across a global business

You have in-depth knowledge and an established network within UGG's cultural spheres

We would Love to Hear from People with:

Experience working across talent relations, influencer marketing, PR and other forms of community-based brand-building roles

Experience working for a fashion/lifestyle/footwear brand is a plus

Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaign and craft long-term strategic visions

Proven track record in executing impactful multi-channel activations with EMEA talents

Experience developing and implementing strategy at the regional level

Experience owning budgets effectively

Agency selection and management experience

Fluency in English
