Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty.
  • Ensure that all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
  • Maintain and model a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions, including adhering to a dress code.
  • Make yourself personally available to all customers to provide exceptional service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
  • Understand that your role extends beyond the sales floor; you know how to operate all management functions on the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and available for customers, merchandising products in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • In the absence of senior team members, you will support the successful operation of the store. You will open and close the store and are responsible for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally while delivering a high level of customer service.

Core Competencies

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to create a positive environment for our people and customers.
  • Lead store walks with senior management in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
  • Prioritize brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions.
  • Empower team members through communication, recognition, and driving incentives.
  • Contribute to the team to achieve the store goals.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respond to problem situations with professionalism.
  • Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility.
  • Ensure a high level of floor coverage.

Requirements

  • You show pride and passion for customer service.
  • An effective shop floor coach.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and are calm under pressure or when dealing with challenges.
  • A natural communicator who conveys the UGG and Deckers Brands vision and mission.
