The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in London. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering high-quality consulting talent, and collaborating with peers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across the consulting industry
  • Deliver consulting talent across a range of clients and projects
  • Collaborate with peers to support business growth and development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a focus on consulting or professional services
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
