THE COMPANY
Our client is an internationally established entertainment and theatrical company, working on some of the world's most loved musicals and music.

THE ROLE
The Marketing and Communications Executive will:

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to manage all marketing and communications enquiries and requests from partners
Be responsible for the day-to day management of approvals of marketing materials and press releases for all live and new productions

Brief agencies and oversee media plans for all live productions

Provide campaign support across all productions which may include copywriting, social media, content brainstorms and asset creation

Be responsible for day-to-day website management and updates, ensuring dates, details and copy are updated in a timely and accurate manner

Project lead on communications with the customer database, including blog posts and emails

Support the Head of Marketing on the creation of brand toolkits, guidelines and marketing resources This role is based in Central London with approximately 4 days per week in the office.

YOU
The successful candidate for this Marketing and Communications Executive will have at least 3 years' marketing experience, preferably in the Theatre and/or live entertainment industry (either agency or in house), and have a demonstrable passion for the sector.

You will also be:Experienced in the management of website updates - WordPress knowledge would be beneficial

A confident copywriter with experience of writing for a range of mediums including PRs, email and social media

Used to working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders

Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Keen to learn, adaptable and proactive - happy to take the initiative If that sounds like you, apply today
