About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our Performance Marketing Team at Jackson Rose Recruitment Solutions | Marketing, PR & Comms Recruitment.

This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility between office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing initiatives in line with our campaign marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to launch and optimize paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives
  • Liaise with our creative studio team to create campaign briefs and content that resonates with our target audience
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations to drive business growth
  • Keep stakeholders informed of campaign actions and performance, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Evaluate marketing technologies, data solutions, and analytics platforms to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in affiliates and paid social channels, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret data from multiple sources
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
