Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including the Google Stack and other key platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and reports, ensuring client satisfaction and ROI.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and results.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a digital agency or client services role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
