Role overview:

This role exists to ensure smooth office operations and provide exceptional customer service. As the hybrid office manager and customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and ensure the office runs efficiently. The team is collaborative and supportive, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect. The office is located in a vibrant area with great amenities and transport links.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
