The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Communications Officer to join our team. As a key member of our processing team, you will play a crucial role in making the job of our vessel operator customers as efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of Disbursement Accounts and provide valuable insights into costs for our customers.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers through online chat support and RT Ticketing system within SLAs.
  • Evaluate and escalate customer complaints to the Sector Manager as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the shipping industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to clearly articulate solutions to customers.
