Customer Service Apprentice

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship

Salary - 18,500 per annum

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work closely with our Customer Experience Team Leader, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance the overall customer journey.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience throughout the booking process.
  • Become knowledgeable about our offerings and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Continuously update your understanding of products, competitors, and market trends in the education sector.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Facilitate bookings over the phone when necessary and guide customers through the booking system.
  • Adjust customer bookings in compliance with our policies.

About You:

  • Demonstrated customer service and administrative skills in a client-focused setting.
  • Experience in travel or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

  • Familiarity with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Hours:

This position requires working Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The role is office-based for five days each week.
