Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Trainee to join our esteemed Member Services team, specifically within the contact centre, as part of a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer service skills to ensure an exceptional experience for our members, treating them with fairness, courtesy, empathy, and efficiency, while adhering to all PPF policies and standards.
- Participate in a structured apprenticeship programme that includes day release for college attendance, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service, both in-person and digitally.
- Receive comprehensive training within the PPF and actively engage in contact centre operations to support our members.

Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidates will be committed to an 18-month apprenticeship in a customer service role, thriving in a telephone-based environment. Applicants should possess GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) with a minimum Grade 4 (C) or above. Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential.
