As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of our Customer Experience Team Leader, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement. You will engage with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to continually refine the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience throughout the booking process.

  • Ensure timely responses to phone calls and emails in accordance with service level agreements.

About You:

  • Demonstrated customer service and administrative experience in a client-focused setting.
  • Experience in travel or logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours:
