Trainee Customer Service Assistant

Are you looking to start your career in a progressive organisation with excellent career prospects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance with all areas of sales order processing, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  2. Client Communication: Manage client calls, providing information and guidance on products, and resolving any queries or concerns.
  3. Order Processing: Deal with sales orders received, checking details on the computer system, and ensuring accurate processing.
  4. Price and Delivery Information: Provide accurate price and delivery information, and issue pro-forma invoices as required.
  5. Warehouse and Dispatch: Liaise with the warehouse/despatch team and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
  6. Customer Updates: Update customers on order sales and advise on out-of-stock lines, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
