As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of our Customer Experience Team Leader. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and proposing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction metrics. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to continuously improve the customer journey.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience throughout the booking process.
  • Become knowledgeable about our offerings and culture, effectively communicating this to customers.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of products, competitors, and trends in the educational sector.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
  • Ensure timely responses to phone calls and emails in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Assist customers with bookings over the phone and guide them through the payment process.
  • Facilitate changes to customer bookings in compliance with our policies.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service within a client-focused environment.
  • Background in travel or logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours:

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. This position is office-based, requiring attendance five days a week.
