Position Details

Location: Southwark, London - Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complaints in alignment with regulatory and insurer standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into complaints, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner through various communication channels, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
  • Calculate appropriate compensation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports regarding complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records in the insurers' complaints management system.
  • Collaborate with Claims handlers to address complaints related to claims when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Experience in regulated complaint management.
  • Proven track record in handling complaints from initiation to resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
