Are you ready to shape the future of some of the UK's most beloved food and drink brands? We are partnererd with a major food compant that are on the lookout for a new Shopper Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in bringing our brands to life where it matters most—in the shopper's hands
This role will look after key groceyr customers, be pivotal in gaining solid ROI and creating the roadmaps for the business. You will report to an epic CMO, who is a passionate leader with a great background. A brilliant leader to learn from.
The business are winning in every category and continue to grow, it's an exciting time to join. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming the brand strategies into powerful shopper experiences. You'll understand the pulse of our consumers, channels, and customers, and to align our shopper marketing efforts to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a 12–18-month shopper marketing plan, grounded in shopper insights, that aligns with our brand and customer strategies.
- Lead the charge on shopper messaging and brand activation, ensuring that our products resonate with consumers at every touchpoint.
- Own the customer calendar, working closely with customer marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns, always looking to improve and demonstrate strong ROI for both Princes and our customers.
- Identify new shopper segments and untapped opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage key agency relationships and lead product sampling initiatives to further elevate our brands.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned Shopper Marketing professional with a deep understanding of shopper behavior, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
- A strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable shopper marketing plans.
- A collaborator with strong relationship-building skills across teams and with external partners.
- A graduate with a focus on shopper and/or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
