Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to lead all Shopper Marketing planning and activation across Princes Brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in shopper marketing planning and activation, with a good understanding of digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopper Marketing Planning: Develop the Shopper plan based on shopper mission, channel & shopper insight.
- Shopper Calendar Management: Develop and execute the shopper calendar on a rolling 12–18-month basis, focusing on behavior change & brand/customer needs.
- Shopper Messaging: Manage the shopper messaging basics i.e., SRP (on-going) + Brand Activation (timebound).
- Customer Sell Stories: Develop Customer Sell Stories.
- Channel Activation: Clear understanding of channels/environments and how to activate them for shoppers.
- Implementation: Agree implementation directly with customers.
- ROI Evaluation: Evaluate activity and develop an ROI mindset.
- Product Sampling: Lead any product sampling requirements.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
- Shopper Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in shopper marketing planning and activation.
- Digital Expertise: Good understanding of digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
- Education: Graduate degree with a focus on shopper and/or digital expertise.
