Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage shopper marketing plans that align with our brand strategy and customer needs
• Manage all shopper marketing and agency relationships, developing plans that deliver the best ROI for Princes and customers
• Develop and manage relationships with customer marketing teams
• Manage and execute shopper marketing calendars, collaborating closely with brand marketing, category, and sales teams
• Improve and measure brand performance through shopper plans
• Identify untapped shopper need states or shopper groups that are new or growth opportunities
• Develop customer sell stories and support in the creation of customer growth plans

Requirements:

• Strong experience across shopper marketing planning and activation
• Good knowledge of digital, social, and e-commerce platforms
• Proven team leader and collaborator
• Graduate calibre with shopper and/or digital bias
