Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to lead all shopper marketing planning and activation across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute shopper marketing plans based on shopper mission, channel, and shopper insight.
- Manage shopper messaging basics, including SRP (on-going) and Brand Activation (timebound).
- Develop Customer Sell Stories and clear understanding of channels/environments and how to activate them for shoppers.
- Agree implementation directly with customers and evaluate activity, developing a ROI mindset.
- Lead product sampling requirements and own the customer calendar and shopper marketing plan.
- Manage all shopper marketing and agency relationships and briefs, developing plans that deliver best ROI for Princes and customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with customer marketing teams and manage and execute shopper marketing calendars.
- Improve and measure brand performance through shopper plans and identify untapped shopper need states or shopper groups that are new/growth opportunities.
- Develop customer sell stories and support in the creation of customer growth plans.
- Strong experience across shopper marketing planning and activation and good knowledge of digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
- Proven team leader and collaborator with a graduate calibre and shopper and/or digital bias.
