This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major food company that is on the lookout for a new Shopper Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing a 12–18-month shopper marketing plan that aligns with our brand and customer strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Shopper Marketing Plans: Create and implement a comprehensive shopper marketing plan that drives brand growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Shopper Messaging and Brand Activation: Develop and execute shopper messaging and brand activation strategies that resonate with consumers at every touchpoint.
- Manage Customer Calendar: Own the customer calendar and work closely with customer marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximum impact.
- Evaluate Campaign Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement to demonstrate strong ROI for both Princes and our customers.
- Identify New Shopper Segments: Identify new shopper segments and untapped opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage Agency Relationships: Manage key agency relationships and lead product sampling initiatives to further elevate our brands.
- Shopper Marketing Expertise: A seasoned Shopper Marketing professional with a deep understanding of shopper behavior, digital platforms, and e-commerce.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable shopper marketing plans.
- Collaboration and Communication: A collaborator with strong relationship-building skills across teams and with external partners.
- Education and Experience: A graduate with a focus on shopper and/or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
