Having an amazing customer experience is vital at Together, and our customer team helps ensure that shopping with us is a delight at every step of the way. They’re the first point of contact for our community of thousands of shoppers in multiple ways. 


As our customer service exec, you’ll play a key part in making sure customers are happy and excited about our mission and products. 


Day to day you’ll be ensuring that customer questions are responded to in a timely manner and fixing any issues that come up.


You’ll be feeding this information back into the wider business so we can improve our offering to our customers and communities.


We believe in surprising and delighting customers - so while we have robust processes in place, we also encourage our customer service team to find ways to delight and improve our customer experience at every opportunity.  


About you


We’d love to find the perfect fit for our small and growing company. You’ll be part of a small, committed team, focusing on making our customers as happy as possible. The right person will have likely have a minimum 2-3 years experience doing first-class customer service in a fast paced, online environment,


  • Customer focused, efficient communicator and solution oriented
  • Generally confident with tech (we'll teach you how to use our systems)
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Team player. Cooperation is key as we are a small, very close team.
  • Fast and proactive learner, comfortable not knowing it all but capable of working things out.
  • Strong communication skills - we want our customers to like you. 
  • Highly organised with an eye for quality and attention to detlai.
  • Always takes the initiative to make things better and good at problem solving.
  • Empathetic and focused on going the extra mile.


If you have experience with some of our key systems, including Shopify, Gorgias and Klaviyo or similar customer platforms that’s a big plus. 


Your tasks:

  • Responding to customer questions, tickets and social media comments 
  • Supporting your customer service team colleagues and wider team
  • Processing orders, handling payment issues and assisting with tracking and updates
  • Collaborating with technical, marketing and product teams to maximise results
  • Sharing issues and information to help us get better


This is for a 30 hours a week contract but overtime should be available weekly based on volumes. The role is remote, WFH, and we’ll provide you with the right kit needed to do your job in the best way possible.
