We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and scale our Business Development Specialists based in the UK, France and Australia. You will also be responsible for overseeing the data team to ensure new prospective contacts are added and the current CRM data is clean. Implementing elected sales strategies, supervising the execution of sales processes and ensuring the achievement of sales targets will also encompass your role.
This role demands a deep understanding of sales metrics, coaching, and performance management, as well as the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing:
* Lead, train, and expand the Business Development Specialist team and Coach SDRs in sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge
* Conduct regular performance reviews and obtain support from the wider business development department to drive performance
* Liaise the data team with the regional SDR teams, to ensure new prospective contacts are added and existing CRM data is clean
* Implement outreach strategies to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline growth
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the lead qualification process
* Set and track sales targets and KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve performance
* Utilise data-driven insights to optimise team workflow and increase effectiveness
* Take responsibility for regularly reporting on team and individual performance against goals and presenting team metrics to the wider business
* Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of SDRs to maintain a high-performing team
* Work closely with other department managers to enhance overall sales strategy and organisational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
* Demonstrable experience within in a senior solutions sales’ role, with proven experience in SDR
* Excellent people management skills, leading an SDR team to achieve and exceed targets
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
* Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software, as well as sales automation tools
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and allocate resources efficiently
* Ability to thrive in a competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environment
* Taking initiative to improve team performance and adapt strategies continuously
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when facing setbacks
* Deep understanding of customer engagement and relationship-building
