**Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative**

**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Desk-Based Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and ensuring the satisfaction of our mobile installation services.

**Responsibilities**

As an integral part of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound sales calls and actively promoting our products and services to drive sales.
- Nurturing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop cohesive strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role, demonstrating your ability to engage and influence customers.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Confidence, assertiveness, and strong sales-closing abilities.
- Proficiency in IT, including CRM systems and sales software.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
