Our Client is a customer focused and service led label and labelling provider. They manufacture Plain and Printed labels, Thermal transfer Ribbons and other labeling supplies.
They currently require a Customer Service Administrator to provide exceptional service, process orders and offer administrative support to the team. In addition to these responsibilities, the role offers opportunities to proactively assist the sales team supporting growth and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer purchase orders, sales orders and supplier invoices.
Update sales ledger and maintain regular contact with suppliers and customers.
Raise, check and send both order acknowledgments and invoices.
Maintain and manage supplier and customer relationships.
General administrative duties include managing individual and shared inboxes and organising relevant databases/spreadsheets.
Handle credit control tasks if required.
Provide support in resolving customer issues and inquiries.
Assist with customer quotations.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required.Skills Required:
Experienced Customer Administrator - working with small to medium sized businesses is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Self-motivated and reliable, ability to work as part of a small team.
Strong customer focus- can do attitude.
Minimum GCSE Maths & English (or similar).
Sage Accounting - Knowledge is desirable.
Experience with Word / Excel helpful
