What Are We Looking For?

Our Learning and Development (L&D) team is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Administrator to join us on a permanent basis working from our Inverness office/Muir of Ord Office. This is a unique opportunity to work across RSE’s group of companies providing solutions to the business as well as being at the forefront of implementing new systems. This opportunity will provide a unique challenge that will rise to meet your aspirations, allowing you a clear development path for your career within our L&D team.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

To work in partnership with the L&D Manager to create and deliver L&D outcomes.nTo ensure all L&D Administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.nTo organise and schedule L&D activities and appointments as required.nTo assist the L&D Manager with the development of training systems and procedures.nTo assist with training requests and schedules as required.nTo minute internal and external meetings, collating and distributing the minutes appropriately.nCarry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.nHave a very good level of knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.nHave very good administration knowledge and skills.nBe able to organise and prioritise the workload effectively.nBe able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.nBe a clear and concise communicator, maintaining a polite and professional manner.nBe self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.nBe able to work well within a team environment.
