Senior Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning and Development Manager to spearhead the delivery of effective training solutions throughout our organization. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our L&D Senior Leadership and People Leadership Teams, contributing to our continuous growth.

This position offers a great opportunity to lead our L&D Development team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the team provides a top-notch, integrated, and results-driven service. With a knack for enhancing skills in various fields such as leadership, management, and environmental science, you are poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the exciting future of our organization.

Prior experience in an Organizational Development background would be viewed favorably.

While being located close to one of our main offices in Inverness or Edinburgh is preferred for this role, we also endorse a hybrid working model through our Smarter Working Arrangements. In addition to competitive remuneration, we provide flexible working hours and a range of employee perks, including a generous pension contribution, cycle-to-work initiative, and staff shopping discounts.
