As a Cloud Helpdesk Engineer, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team, tackling a variety of challenges daily—no two days are ever the same. You’ll primarily focus on first/second-line customer service support, working with some of the latest technologies (think Microsoft Azure) and leading brands.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of incidents and driving them to resolution.
  • Providing high-level, customer-focused support via our service desk.
  • Problem-solving and configuring office hardware/software.
  • Monitoring systems to proactively prevent issues.
  • Creating internal and customer reports.
  • Working with Microsoft Azure and liaising with 3rd-party vendors.
  • Occasionally visiting data center locations and customer premises.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest tech trends.


You’ll also be part of our on-call rota, ensuring our customers are supported around the clock.

Experience or knowledge of:

  • Azure
  • Windows Server or Windows Desktop
  • Active Directory
  • Basic TCP/IP networking
  • A positive attitude with a knack for communication.


Bonus points if you’re working toward Azure certifications
