Role Summary:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, based in Holborn, London office. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, ensuring queries are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.
Role Duties:
Investigating and resolving any patient queries or complaints via telephone or email.
Generating patient invoices and confirming delivery details
Relaying any discrepancies between patient medication invoiced to the dispensing team
Help dispensing team when requested for tasks such as admin duties.
Ensuring the accurate and safe packaging of medication for shipment
Qualification/Experience for Role:
Extensive experience within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role
A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferred
Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues
Extensive experience with minutes/note-taking, or equivalent, preferred
Our Client
A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. They work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Their prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
