Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist customers with order placement, processing returns and exchanges, and handling complaints or issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
