Job Description:
Responsible for HR operations, supporting multiple companies
Provide advice and support to managers for the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, reward, succession planning, and terminations
Develop and implement HR projects as required
Manage the annual performance management framework
Conduct benefit reviews and skills gap analysis/matrix
Act as HR Administrator for internal HR/Payroll system (update starters, leavers, payroll changes, annual leave, training, etc.)
Ensure that the business is up-to-date and fully compliant with employment legislation
Regularly review and update employee policies and processes, ensuring consistency of application
Responsible for the health and safety of employees in offices and the field
Oversee the Business Continuity Plan and its implementation
Support data protection initiatives and requirements
Manage fleet facilities from an administrative perspective
Continuously assess and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and health and wellbeing
Ensure all employees are competent in their roles and appropriate training is provided
Support maintenance and third-party contract requirements
Assist the Chief Compliance Officer as needed
Working Relationships
Collaborate with all levels of the business, including Board members, to establish HR & Compliance as a valuable service
Maintain excellent internal and external stakeholder and relationship management
Work with suppliers and agencies
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Essential:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Proactive, with the ability to generate ideas
Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Desirable:
Proven HR generalist experience within a similar role
Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and its application
Experience of working in a regulated environment
Compliance knowledge or experience
Data protection knowledge or experience
Knowledge of SDWorx

Regulatory Conduct Requirements

You must disclose appropriately any information that the FCA or PRA would reasonably expect to be informed of.
