Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our client in managing various human resources functions.
Role Responsibilities
- Offer guidance and assistance to management throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and termination.
- Design and execute HR initiatives as necessary.
- Oversee the annual performance evaluation process.
- Conduct reviews of employee benefits and perform skills gap assessments.
- Act as the HR Administrator for the internal HR/Payroll system, managing updates for new hires, departures, payroll modifications, vacation requests, and training records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Regularly assess and revise employee policies and procedures to maintain consistency.
- Oversee the health and safety protocols for employees in various settings.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance strategies to boost employee engagement and well-being.
- Ensure that all staff members are adequately trained and competent in their roles.
- Provide ongoing support to the Chief Compliance Officer.
Candidate Profile
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently.
- Proactive mindset with a talent for generating innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR generalist.
- Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
- Knowledge or experience in compliance matters.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
