Position Overview
Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our client in managing various human resources functions.

Role Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance and assistance to management throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and termination.
  • Design and execute HR initiatives as necessary.
  • Oversee the annual performance evaluation process.
  • Conduct reviews of employee benefits and perform skills gap assessments.
  • Act as the HR Administrator for the internal HR/Payroll system, managing updates for new hires, departures, payroll modifications, vacation requests, and training records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Regularly assess and revise employee policies and procedures to maintain consistency.
  • Oversee the health and safety protocols for employees in various settings.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance strategies to boost employee engagement and well-being.
  • Ensure that all staff members are adequately trained and competent in their roles.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Candidate Profile
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work independently.
  • Proactive mindset with a talent for generating innovative ideas.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR generalist.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
  • Knowledge or experience in compliance matters.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
