Position Overview
Red Snapper Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated HR & Compliance Officer to support our client in their operations.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000, with the option for hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Advising and assisting management throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and offboarding.
  • Designing and executing HR initiatives as needed.
  • Overseeing the annual performance management process.
  • Conducting reviews of employee benefits and analyzing skills gaps.
  • Managing the internal HR/Payroll system, including updates for new hires, departures, payroll modifications, leave requests, and training records.
  • Ensuring compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
  • Regularly updating and reviewing employee policies and procedures to maintain consistency.
  • Overseeing health and safety measures for employees in both office and field settings.
  • Implementing and managing the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Assisting with data protection compliance and initiatives.
  • Administering fleet management for a small company vehicle fleet.
  • Continuously evaluating and enhancing employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Ensuring all employees are adequately trained and competent in their roles.
  • Supporting maintenance and third-party contract obligations.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
