Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our client in managing various HR functions. This role is part-time, requiring commitment for three days each week, and offers a competitive salary of up to £20,000.
Main Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive guidance and assistance to management throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and termination processes.
- Design and execute HR initiatives as necessary to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the annual performance management system to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct reviews of employee benefits and perform skills gap analyses.
- Act as the HR Administrator for the internal HR/Payroll system, managing updates for new hires, departures, payroll adjustments, leave requests, and training records.
- Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and maintain up-to-date business practices.
- Regularly assess and revise employee policies and procedures to ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Take responsibility for the health and safety of employees in both office and field environments.
- Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and overall well-being.
- Ensure all employees receive adequate training and are competent in their roles.
- Provide ongoing support to the Chief Compliance Officer as required.
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
- Self-driven with the capacity to work independently.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR generalist.
- Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
- Pragmatic and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations or experience in compliance roles.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
