Compliance Officer

Job Title: Compliance Officer
**Duties**:
- File reviews and feedback
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to FCA regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Monitor changes in FCA regulation and update policies accordingly
- Investigate and resolve complaints
- Prepare MI reports for management
- Provide training
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a compliance role in an IFA firm
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Ideally Level 4 qualified
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
