Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales and business development, preferably within the seafood or food distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
* Analyze sales data and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
* Identify and engage with potential clients to establish new business relationships.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
4. Product Promotion and Sales:
* Promote True World Food’s products to potential and existing clients.
* Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
