This is a full time, permanent role working Monday – Friday, based out of the Norwich or East Norfolk office, and is offering a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
* Overseeing the marketing operation, including the direct management of the marketing team, and managing the department budget.
* Developing and implementing a successful marketing strategy, keeping up to date with marketing trends, focusing on social media marketing to drive brand awareness.
* Ensuring a cohesive marketing ad PR function across social media platforms and company website.
* Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners on campaigns and events.
You will have/be
* At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within an in-house marketing team.
* Strong experience with social media marketing, and ability to create a variety of content, including video, photography and content copy.
* Solid experience developing and overseeing marketing strategy from conception to delivery.
* Monitoring campaign and strategy analytics, and producing regular reports.
