In our tenth year of business, Minors & Brady has grown from a start up to a team of 75 full time employees and market leaders within the East. We are now seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to elevate the brand further.

The role will include (list not exhaustive):

- Building and implementing and effective marketing strategy for all facets of the business
- Leading the marketing team including the videography and photography team
- Evolving the brand to ensure we push boundaries to remain as disrupters in the housing market
- Overseeing all social media platforms including organising content creation, scheduling content, managing our accounts and handling paid ads
- Looking after all print media including leaflets drops, newspaper & magazine ads and internal communications
- Responsible for managing the marketing budget and monitoring return on investment
- Engaging with the Senior Management Team to help influence overall business decision making
- Be able to work collaboratively and independently to form ideas and deliver on these
- Updating and improving our digital footprint including our website, Google pages, property portals, etc..
- Working with our community partners (including schools and charities) to deliver sponsorship and events
- Handling all PR
- Ensure the brand aligns with its guidelines across multiple marketing channels
