As the Head of Mid Market at EposNow, you'll be a pivotal leader responsible for spearheading our growth and expansion initiatives within the mid-market segment across current and international markets. This role requires a strategic visionary capable of developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and capture business opportunities on a global scale.

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and target markets.
- Analyze and leverage our current customer database to identify high-value industries per territory.
- Assess market trends, competition, and regulatory factors across different countries and regions.
- Understand and utilize insights from key mid-market customers to shape value-added propositions.

**Global Mid-Market Expansion Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a holistic global mid-market expansion strategy, including market positioning and business development plans.

**Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to craft industry-specific literature for targeted verticals.
- Create dedicated web pages focused on mid-market activities to drive engagement.

**Sales and Revenue Growth**:

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth in international markets.
- Tailor sales and marketing strategies for each global region based on mid-market cohorts.

**Team Leadership**:

- Build and lead a high-performing global business development team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Cultivate a collaborative work culture that fosters innovation and excellence.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for global business development activities.

**Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international business development.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management on global expansion efforts.

**Product Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with product teams for each territory and vertical to create tailored mid-market proposition packages.
- Proactively identify and report product limitations that could hinder mid-market growth.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in driving growth and expansion in the mid-market segment within a global context.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

- Sales management: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Norwich
