About MEP Regional Commercial Manager
Regional MEP Commercial Manager - London Region. Between £120,000 to £125,000 + Car Allowance/ Travel and a very beneficial Bonus Scheme. Fawkes & Reece is currently working with an established Tier One Main Contractor that self delivers MEP which turns over just shy of £2bn and are looking to expand their Commercial division, specifically in the London region. The Role of MEP Commercial Manager
This particular position will consist of managing a team of MEP commercial staff in self delivering a number of projects within the Commercial and Residential sectors in London. You will be responsible for 7-8 live projects with values ranging from £12m to £50m M&E, and will be managing a team of around 12 commercial individuals.
Requirements for MEP Commercial Manager
For this role, the chosen candidate will be expected to have a strong M&E background, and have delivered multiple projects in the past. A self delivering role in the past is preferable but not essential. Having a Strong management background is also a essential skill. Having a strong technical background such as good delay and disruption skills, final accounts, monthly budget reviews and submission reviews are all essential.
