Job Role - Administrator (Operations Support)
Location - Norwich (NR3)
Salary - £26,700 (PAYE, permanent)
ARC Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their operational support team in Norwich (NR3).
Working hours are 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Duties for Administrator:
Support the day-to-day administratives tasks and reporting business activity to ensure high levels of customer satisfication and business KPI's are met.
Assist the teams with compliance reporting, updating company procedures and ensuring systems are all up to date.
To undertake key administrative activity including but not limited to invoicing, valuation generation and proactive appliance registrations in accordance with agreed SLA’s and specified contractual and legislative requirements.
To support the accurate creation of schedules of rates in accordance with contract specific surveys.
Responsible for ensuring I.T Security and Data Protection Legislation is always adhered to.
Requirements for role:
Adminsitrative experience and background is essential
Excellent background using IT Microsoft Office packages
Proven experience working to targets and deadlines using good planning and organisation skills
Experience with invoicing and purchasing is beneficial.
