Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations: Manage and resolve ER caseloads effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
* Change Management: Lead consultations, manage TUPE processes, and implement organisational change smoothly and efficiently.
* HR Team Leadership: Oversee the wider HR team, providing guidance, support, and development to ensure high performance.
* Training & Development: Collaborate with L&D to create and implement training plans that foster growth and development across the organisation.
* Budget Management: Support HR budget responsibilities, ensuring cost-effective and strategic use of resources.
* General HR Duties: Assist with all HR-related tasks as directed by the Head of People.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing ER caseloads and handling complex employee relations issues.
* Strong background in change management, consultations, and TUPE processes.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing organisational change and driving continuous improvement.
* High proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pivot tables, V-look Ups).
* Experience in managing and developing a team, with strong leadership capabilities.
* Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions to support HR and organisational goals.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
