We're searching for a diligent Claims Project Member to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will work efficiently in processing insurance claims and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Description
Processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
Adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations
Reporting to the customer service manager on project progress
Identifying potential issues and suggesting appropriate solutions
Participating in training and development activities
Maintaining accurate records of all claimsProfile
A successful Claims Project Member should have:
A solid understanding of the insurance industry
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability to work well within a team
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Negotiation experience in financial sector also considered
Excellent questioning and negotiating skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient and empathetic attitude
Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
Ability to positively resolve highly emotional situations
Strong work ethic and initiative & ability to work towards targetJob Offer
Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000.
5% discretionary bonus.
Monthly completion bonuses of £750.
25 days AL.
Hybrid working after proabtions 3 days home, 2 days office.
