Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and resolve insurance claims.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and legal standards related to debt recovery.
- Monitor and assess customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Develop and execute effective recovery strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to the collections team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Report project progress to the customer service manager.
- Identify potential challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Engage in training and development initiatives.
- Keep accurate records of all claims.
