We’re working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in the North East, known for its commitment to delivering outstanding service. Our client is seeking a Regional Director who will lead 8-12 branches with passion, expertise, and a strategic vision for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: You’ll lead, inspire, and manage a talented team of branch managers, driving them to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
Business Development: Expand your network of branches by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships within the local community.
Team Development: Mentor and coach your management team, leading regional meetings, training sessions and performance reviews. You’ll play a key role in recruiting top talent and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
Financial Management: Take charge of the regions financial performance, setting budgets, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to maximise profitability.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends in your network, providing the branches with the insights needed to remain competitive and compliant.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the branches operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on maintaining high standards in every aspect of the business. Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive experience in a senior management role within estate agency, ideally within the North East.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
Deep understanding of the North East property market and strong connections within the local community.
Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management and strategic planning. What’s On Offer:
