Key Responsibilities:
* You will be part of the team that provides a remarkable service to customers, your key objective will be to establish relationships, identify opportunity and maximize customer retention
* Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer experience for a base of circa 250 business customers
* Supporting your customer base and exceeding their expectations.
* Identifying and creating opportunities that benefit your customers
* Attending customer visits for account reviews
* Gathering referrals from existing customers and converting those leads to new business customers
* Retaining existing customers
* Handling both incoming and outgoing customer sales and service calls
What the employer is looking for:
* 2 years + Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management experience
* Telecoms experience would be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* A proactive, positive attitude
* Office 365 knowledge competency
* Someone who thrives in fast paced environments and can easily adapt to change
* Proactive approach and ability to bring new ideas to the team
* Ability to forge lasting relationships with customers and partners
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
