Job Title : Account Manager – Corporate Travel
Location : Manchester (Hybrid)
Our client are a leading global travel management company, known for delivering bespoke travel solutions to high-profile corporate clients. The team is dedicated to providing a seamless, high-quality travel experience that exceeds expectations. We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in corporate travel to join the team in Manchester.
The Role :
As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, optimizing account performance, and identifying growth opportunities. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to split your time between our Manchester office and working from home.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, maintaining strong and productive relationships
- Understand and anticipate clients’ travel needs, providing expert advice and tailored solutions
- Ensure the seamless execution of all travel services, working closely with internal teams
- Conduct regular account reviews, presenting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and enhance client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide innovative solutions and insights to clients
Requirements :
- Proven experience in account management within the corporate travel industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of travel systems, processes, and best practices along with knowlwge of the Salesforce system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
