Financial Planning Analyst

Are you ready to shape the financial future of Co-op? We're seeking a talented Financial Planning Analyst to join Coop's team in Manchester City Centre. With their hybrid working model, you'll enjoy the flexibility of splitting your time between home and our vibrant office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and own part of the group central costs budget, ensuring business performance and financial targets are met.
Lead the central costs rolling forecast cycle and monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
Develop insights reporting to enhance spend management across business teams.
Prioritize and align projects with corporate strategic goals.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior executives.
Foster a culture of development within the central costs team.What You'll Bring:
Financial qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships and lead a team.
